With > 15 years of Customer Management and Loyalty experience, particularly within the e-commerce sector, Alexander Seiler has gained a huge experience in the area of CRM and Marketing Automation. He currently holds the position of Director Customer Management at Zalando SE. Previously, he co-founded Sparkplant GmbH, where he serves as a Subject Matter Expert for CRM and Automation Software for the best in class engagement software Braze.   Prior to that, he spent several years at HelloFresh SE, progressing from Director CRM to Vice President International CRM, where he led various CRM initiatives and contributed to significant revenue growth. He also held leadership positions at Spark Network SE and 1&1 Internet AG, with a focus on customer relationship management and commercial steering and sales.
